Information on the amount of remuneration to the
supervisory board

In accordance with the decision of the general meeting of shareholders, 22 166,7 thousand UZS  of the net profit received by the end of 2016 is aimed at rewarding the supervisory board and was distributed as follows:

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board 2 995,5 thousand sum

The remaining amount was distributed in equal shares between the remaining members of the supervisory board for 2 396,4 thousand soums each

Information on the amount of remuneration to the executive body

In accordance with the decision of the general meeting of shareholders, 3 894,2 thousand soums of the net profit received by the end of 2016 are directed to the remuneration of the executive body.

Chairman of the Board - 1 497,75 thousand soumS

The remaining amount was distributed shares between the remaining members of the executive body in equal shares of 1,298,200 soums each.

Information on the amount of remuneration to the
INTERNAL CONTROL.

In accordance with the decision of the general meeting of shareholders, 3 594.2 thousand soums of the net profit received by the end of 2016 are directed to the remuneration of the INTERNAL CONTROL.

The amount of remuneration was distributed among the members of the internal control in equal shares of 1,198,200 soums each.
